This customer approached us with an interest for a quote for a basic decking layout. Upon our first site visit the customer had changed their request to a design service to fit decking to the end of their garden which was just an overgrown waste area. Our design included for a raised balcony with railing leading to a lower deck area with split screening. Once the area was cleared the size available for the decking was surprisingly large. The project was carried out over a week and the customer's comment was: A great service along with very high quality work.
Through recommendation this customer contacted TSS Carpentry with a need for a quote for fitting a new kitchen that they had recently ordered. The project included removing the old kitchen units and all electrics and plumbing services. A re-wire was included and new water and gas supplies run to the kitchen. The room was plastered and decorated. The white gloss units were then installed and a granite worktop fitted. To finish off, Oak flooring was laid throughout. The end result was a modern, high quality finish kitchen at would be enjoyed for years to come.
Having tried various layouts this customer had drawn a blank on what to do with their front room. They called us in to discuss options and bring some fresh ideas to the table. Having given a quote for bespoke TV panelling and high quality storage cupboards we also suggested recessed downlighters and a feature wall. The bespoke joinery was handmade using traditional techniques along with modern materials and finishes. After completion the customer mentioned that they now use the room more than any other.

This client contacted us through Checkatrade and asked if we could quote to remove existing floor covering and lay new flooring to the downstairs, the main staircase and the upstairs landing. On our first visit to quote the customer asked for advice on what was the best type of flooring to go for and the best method for finishing the flooring on the staircase. After this visit, based on our discussions the customer decided to go for an engineered board with a solid Oak finish. The end result was an elegant yet modern floor which flowed from downstairs, up the staircase and finished neatly against the doorways on the upstairs landing.
As we Registered Velux Installers we was approached by this customer advice on how to get more light into their children's playroom. Above the room was a pitched roof so we suggested fitting Velux roof windows. After taking measurements and discussing the options it was decided that two Velux windows along with a vaulted lightwell was the best option to gain the most daylight. From start to finish the work took only three days and the end result was amazing. the customers comments were: It's incredible how much more light we have and how the two new windows have transformed the feel of the room.
